1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the online platforms, databases, and recruitment services provided by RecruiTrain.
By accessing our portal, submitting profile information, or reviewing candidate databases, you accept these terms in full. Deviating conditions from users or partners will not be recognized unless RecruiTrain explicitly agrees to their validity in writing.
2. Services Offered by RecruiTrain
RecruiTrain operates a specialized recruitment and credential verification platform that connects international nursing staff, physicians, therapists, and other qualified healthcare specialists with verified employers in the European healthcare sector.
Our services include:
- Providing an online portal for profile registration and job searching.
- Preliminary qualification checks (e.g. CVs, professional licenses) against German recognition frameworks.
- Support with language training preparation and administrative recognition procedures (e.g., Defizitbescheid evaluations).
- Facilitating employer introductions, scheduling interviews, and administrative guidance until work commencement.
Note: RecruiTrain is not a direct employer and does not guarantee specific employment outcomes. The employment contract is concluded solely and directly between the candidate and the respective employer.
3. Candidate Obligations
As a candidate, you agree to adhere to the following rules when utilizing our platform:
- Truthful Information: All profile details, curriculum vitae (CV) entries, references, diplomas, and language certificates must be strictly truthful and legally acquired.
- Profile Updates: You agree to notify us immediately of any significant changes to your qualifications or placement status.
- Safe Uploads: You must not upload files that contain malware or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
RecruiTrain reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts and profiles without prior notice if there is a justified suspicion of documentation fraud or misrepresentation.
4. Employer Obligations
For registered employers and medical partner institutions, the following terms apply:
- Accurate Job Profiles: All requirements, vacancy details, and financial parameters declared must reflect the actual legal and structural conditions of the position.
- Non-Discrimination: Vacancy listings and selection procedures must comply with applicable equal opportunity and anti-discrimination laws.
- Data Confidentiality: Candidate personal records transmitted via the platform must be treated as strictly confidential and may not be shared with third parties without the candidate's explicit consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we apply diligent care, RecruiTrain cannot guarantee successful placement or the processing speeds of local authorities regarding visas, professional licenses (Approbation), or work permits. The decisions on these matters remain solely with the competent government agencies.
For damages resulting from the use of our online platform, RecruiTrain is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for minor negligence is excluded, except in the case of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) or damages relating to injury to life, body, or health.
We aim for continuous platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to necessary technical maintenance or force majeure.
6. Profile Deactivation & Termination
Candidates and employers may terminate the use of the platform at any time without notice.
Candidates can request the permanent deletion of their profile and associated documents by emailing privacy@recruitrain.example. We will erase all records promptly unless statutory retention requirements (e.g., under trade or tax law) oblige us to preserve them.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising in connection with our services shall be Berlin, Germany.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected (severability clause).
